POLISHED CONCRETE?
Yes, polished concrete! There is such an increase in the installation of stained or dyed concrete floors lately. Why? I say it’s because they are so darn cool. I mean c’mon look at a few of these awesome stained, polished floors. They have that industrial look while being easy to clean and having the ability to hide any imperfection. The question often asked is, “Are they tough?” Of course they are tough… They are concrete after all!

Many of the coolest and trendiest establishments are pulling up that old dated tile and prep for polished concrete installation. To prep, we grind up the old glue and stain before we can create the desired look that stained, polished concrete brings! Large production facilities and warehouses generally do a traditional polish without the staining to get the benefits of the polished concrete floor while keeping the cost down. However, there is no denying the fact that there is just something inherently cool about a stained concrete floor polished or not polished.
