Parking garage floor destruction can be prevented by practicing a little preventative maintenance and making sure your concrete floors are coated properly.  We have many options for coating parking garage floors. Options ranging from a clear hydrophobic sealer, which causes water to bead up and minimizes how much gets into the slab, to high solids moisture cure urethane that create a complete water tight vapor barrier.  The high solids systems can be installed with or without texture, depending on client’s requirement. We can also do the concrete repair and full painting of the structure if needed.
